Hedge Is King (“we” or “us” or “our”) welcomes your use of the websites and services we offer. Our websites provide general news and information, commentary, interactive tools, quotes, research reports and data about the stock market or other financial markets. Membership Services means that we offer courses, seminars, networking events or other activities to registered members on an irregular basis.

3.3 Other Services

If you do not subscribe to the Subscription Service, you may view free articles outside of the Subscription Service. However, your access to our websites may be restricted. We also reserve the right to stop providing you with such articles free of charge at any time.

3.4 Purpose of the Services

The Services are provided for informational purposes only and the Content may not be used or construed to promote, endorse, recommend or sponsor any product or service. You should use your own judgment in making any trading or investment decisions based on the information provided by the Services and we shall not be liable for such decisions. We do not warrant or accept any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, suitability or continued availability of any information transmitted through our Services.

4. Payment

4.1 Subscriptions and some of the Member Services are subject to charges (“Chargeable Services”). In respect of the Chargeable Services provided by us, you shall pay us in accordance with the notices we may send to you from time to time.

4.2 If you have authorized us at the time of subscribing to the Subscription Services to debit the subscription fee for each subscription period from the credit card account provided by you at the time of subscribing to the Subscription Services, the subscription fee for each subscription period will be deducted automatically on the first day of the period without further notice.

4.3 Payment of the Subscription Fee must be made on time in order for the Subscription Service to continue on a regular basis. If payment is not made on time, we may, at our absolute discretion, suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the Services to you.

4.4 Except as set out in clause 4.5 below or with our written consent, all fees paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, early cancellation of a subscription will not result in a pro-rata refund of the subscription fee.

4.5 If for any reason (including termination of service by the columnist, departure, or breach of any agreement to terminate service with us), we undertake to notify the affected reader as soon as possible, and shall have the right to transfer any unused balance of the subscription fee to another columnist's column, or to any other seminar or class fee provided by us.
